We need to have tools which will show us upcoming EOS/EOL dates of hardware (Model) and software (IOS) for cisco devices.
Also, It should be able to tell IDS/IPS features (like Signature Updates ) expiration as well for particular IOS/IPS versions.

Cisco Active Advisor covers EoX notification.

If you have Prime Infrastructure 3.1, you can also run a Compliance Report and get the same information.
All classic IPS signature updates will cease as of April 2018.
Some older IPS platforms (for example ASA 5510 with AIP) are already challenging to get signature updates as auto update will not advance them past October 2016 using Cisco's servers.
You can continue to use the download from Cisco method (via the IPS 7.1 page vs. the ASA AIP module page) though as long as you have the last IPS 7.1(11)E4 engine running on them.

Yes, We have Cisco Prime. It gives EOL/EOS of Software and Hardware nicely. But For IPS/IDS Signature expiration, there is no provision in it.

The only tools that show you expiration of your signature subscriptions are the free IPS Manager Express (IME) and the paid Cisco Security Manager product.
IME can be downloaded from here:
https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=282052550&softwareid=282829584&release=7.2.7&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
Both are mostly moot due to the fact that signature updates are only available for 18 months more at best (given a valid subscription).
