Hi,
I have two FTD 2110 HA cluster version 7.0.4 managed by virtual FMC version 7.0.4
When I try to view the FMC connection events page the browser keeps loading for minutes and then I get the error message "Unable to process this query. Please contact support."
I tried to check Health from the FMC monitor page and I found all services running
I tried restarting the FMC but it did not solve the problem
I want to know
if it is a known issue how I can resolve it?
if it is not a known issue how I can troubleshoot it?
Is it safe if I install a new FMC and reconnect the FTDs and does it can done without interrupting any running connections and losing any configurations?
