Dear Concern,
Please be informed that we have purchased cisco FMC 4500-k9 appliance. We integrated FMC with cisco smart account. But our Export-Controlled feature is disable. Below is the screenshot for your reference:
We are unable to deploy AnyConnect or site to site VPN without Export-Controlled feature. So please suggest us how we can enable this feature?

Make sure an Administrator of your Smart account has accepted the terms and conditions for export control in your organization's portal at software.cisco.com.
If they have done so and the condition remains, then open a case with TAC or via email to licensing@cisco.com.

I just checked my organization's smart account and don't see the export control agreement exposed to the administrator. You may need to inquire with the licensing team. Email them via licensing@cisco.com
