Cisco FTD Network discovery to ACP

what is the best way of creating rules in your access control policy after learning from network discovery, specially when you have multiple sites and big network. is there a easy or automated way to create policies from network discovery analysis? 

Please can someone shed some light on it or share their experience with me?

As far as I know there's no tool or automated way to do this.

Stealthwatch can help visualize existing flows but it doesn't provide any output that's directly consumable by FMC nore does it interact with the API.
