hi, i was running Cisco IME 7.0.1 and I needed to upgrade to 7.2.3 (latest release). Basically, the release note form Cisco says if you're running 7.0.1 version you cna run the installer in orer to upgrade to 7.2.3.
In the middle of the upgrade, a command screen shows the following error messages:

Looking for 'mysql.exe' as: C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco Systems\Cisco IPS Manager Express\MYSQL\bin\mysql.exe
Looking for 'mysqlcheck.exe' as: C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco Systems\Cisco IPS Manager Express\MYSQL\bin\mysqlcheck.exe

error : Table upgrade required. Please do "REPAIR TABLE `event_data_manager`" or dump/reload to fix it!
In fact, i got the same error message regarding a table upgrade required for 95 different tables (event_table_N )
The installation wizard shows that it ended succesfully. When I open the GUI, I get the following error messge for MySQL:
"Exception when initializing the connection to the MySQL Server" and the GUI won't open.
I have zero skills as MySQL administrator, can somebody please send suggestions in how to troubleshoot this issue?
