Hello ,
we have a cisco asa 5585-SSP20 with ips module , we found on the site cisco that the Cisco IPS Sensor Software 7.3 is End-of-Support 26-APR-2018 , we need to know if the signature updates will not be available after this date?
if yes, our ips can not detect the new intrusions ? and how can we solve this problem knowing that we can not change the equipment for the moment

No further IPS updates will be made available. The end of sales / end of life as been announced a long while back and, as you noted, this past April was the absolute final date for any updates.
Your legacy IPS, even with updates, has increasingly limited efficacy to counter modern threats in any event.
You should work with your local reseller to discuss a replacement product - most likely one of the Cisco Firepower variants (potentially paired with something like AMP for Endpoints or Cisco Umbrella).
