Hi, my customer operates himself a VM for Cisco ISE, so he needs no smartnet service thats ok. Now he needs L-ISE-BSE-100= (Base Licence) 100 teers. Question: Can he gets during 5 year maintenance time updates and tecnical support for free??

i want to correct my requirement:

Customer wants to buy and operate a Cisco ISE VM Image. So i configured this BoM in CCW:

1. ISE-VM-K9= --> without: CON-PSUU-ISEVM (Cisco Service)

2.  L-ISE-BSE-100= base licence for ISE

But instead of the Cisco service CON-PSUU-ISEVM i offer our refined Telekom LAN Service "E24". Means assume time 24h for Software/Applikationen to fix the problem of our customer.

Question: 1 Is this config ok?

Q-2: Can the customer buy the VM image, without the cisco-service below??

Q-3: What containts this exactly? I think its a partner service for us (Telekom/T-Systems) right?

If the customer dont want the CON-PSUU-ISEVM and also dont want to buy our E24-Service, than he cant get technical support from us/Cisco, right ? But he can live so, if he wants, because its a VM and not a phyical appliance he wants to operate...

CON-PSUU-ISEVM , This contain support only software upgrade support , check with your partner on this . 

If you want combined both software upgrade support and technical services you need to opt for combined services
