Looking through the documentation for On-Prem 3.6 and SaaS 3.8. There are no clear instructions for rehoming agents. Neither platform has the Rehome Agent button on the Agent List. Does something have to be turned on or configured in order for this to appear. I am trying to move agents from the On-Prem to the SaaS Platform. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
