All my devices show the same thing, on-premise FTD.  Opened a TAC case 3 weeks ago and I haven't even heard crickets.

Had problems with CSCwo63951 and after restart of services I got the same error on FTD's. Have you done a disconnect - reconnet to cloud ?, Im using 7.7.0 now.

It turned out Single Sigh On was enabled.  Under System>users check the SSO tab.
