Is there any API to fetch threat Intel feed from Cisco Talos Intelligence??

This response is helpful to me. However, is there a way to obtain the Client ID and Client Password without requesting organization access? After creating an account on Cisco Talos, it prompts me to request access for an organization. Is it possible to create an account independently without requiring this step?
