Dear community,
Cisco User Agent does not authenticate users. The problem is intermittent and sporadic, and resumes to work properly after restarting the FMC console or the FUA agent.
Note: Firepower version is 6.6.1 and user agent is v2.5.1
Does anyone have any idea why this might be causing this issue.

Are you seeing user timeouts?
Are the affected users downloaded to Firepower?
Do you see any errors or warnings in Health Monitoring?

Thank you for the reply.
The users were downloaded and no timeouts or health monitoring errors seen. TAC Suggested to upgrade FMC and FTD to 6.6.3 minimum, as this was a bug of the versions. They were not sure if FMC or FTD was causing it. However, since the upgrade of the Firepower FMC and FTD to 6.6.4, the issue did not occur again.
