Cisco VPN access with CPP firewall

WE have 2 VPN 3000 series concentrators; one located in Chicago and the other in Rochester, MN. Both configured identical to each other. Client can connect to Rochester concentrator with CPP firewall without a problem, but he cannot connect to Chicago. What could be the reason ?. I can send you client/concentrator logs if needed.

Is the client negotiating with the firewall. Use the debugs and logs to figure where exactly the problem lies. have you seen any error messages?
