hi, i wanto to know, which one of the ciscoworks tools for management may i use, if i need support wireless devices and a deeply interfaces monitor

Can you be specific as to what you mean by "Wireless Devices"? Access Points, Bridges, Wirless Clients/PC/IP Phones etc?
If access points are they autonomous or light-weight?
