client Connection times out while working on AWS hosted application

We are facing disconnection issues on the client machine which is connected localy.It has installed client version of application.The Application is hosted on the AWS and when client access the the application from AWS it works fine.

But after some time it times out and gets an error.

Then client needs to restart pc and open the application again.

checked the keepalive on asa and it is set to default(10 sec /2 sec)

please let us know if configuring the DCD will affect any thing on ASA.

What type of application is being used by the client?

How is the client connecting to the AWS installation (site to site VPN, AnyConnect / remote access VPN, etc.)?

If this connection is over a VPN, I do not believe DCD will have any affect as VPN tunnel is "to the box" traffic while DCD affects traffic passing through the box.

The application used is Primavera.
Yes,the client is connected with site to site VPN.

Are the configured lifetime values for the phase 1 and phase 2 configuration of the VPN the same on both ends of the VPN?
