Cloud IP not accessible

Hi All,

Im trying to reach ip (10.100.20.66) hosted on cloud but not able to achieve it. Attach is the Error im getting if i do packet-tracer. Below is my packet-tracer command.  Can anyone help me to resolve this issue

Try using a source address that is a host address and not a network address (i.e., last octet nonzero).

Hmmm that's odd. Have you traced actual traffic (vs. the addresses you are using in packet-tracer) to see what the firewall reports about how it's handled?
