How to change Standby FW MGMT interface IP from Primary firewall.

Hi Folks, 

I have a situation where I need to change my standby firewalls MGMT interface IP via Primary one.

My secondary is up but not reachable for SSH due to service providers IP conflict.

1. Is it possible to do so ? or shall I need to arrange an engineer to visit data center and take console only.

2. What are the parameters we need to consider while changing the interface IP.

If that the Interface used for HA, then  suggest to shutdown on Switch side port, due to conflict, send some one over DC and change the IP and reboot ASA, enable port to check the HA status, this is the best.
