Hello Forum,
we are using Concentrator 3000 for our VPN users. VPN users use the VPN software client. We have a Windows 2003 server AD environment. VPN users authenticate with their Windows Domain user name and password to establish the tunnel to the company network.
The Problem now is, that they do not receive a notification when their domain pwd is about to expire. Hence they do not have an option to change it before it expires and they are locked out.
We are desperately looking for solution to circumvent this problem without having to install a RADIUS server.
Is there a way that Concentrator 3000 can be configured to pass through the Windows expiration notification to VPN users and give them the option to change their pwd before expiration?
