Configuration fetch failed

Hi,

I am working with CiscoWorks RME3.5. The Inventory management and the Syslog analyser work well, except the configuration management. Ciscoworks can not fetch config of our Cisco Catalyst switches, because of the SSH session failure. The messeage is as follows:

SSh: failed to initiate ssh session,Cannot create ssh session to (switch-name).

The IOS of our switches Catalyst 4006 and 2950 do not support the SSH function yet. Is it possible to desactive SSH protocol in order to fetch the config from our swithces?

Try this.

Goto RME, Administration, Configuration Management, General Setup. On the "Transport Setup" tab, verify Telnet and TFTP is listed before SSH.
