Configuring mgmt interface with new IP for OOB connectivity on a ASA 5525X via CLI

I am currently trying to find a way to configure our ASA 5525X with a new mgmt ip via CLI. How can this be completed?

You need to do it through console or configure a new sub interface which
you can reach remotely (over VPN for example), connect to it and finally
change the management IP.
