Configuring Port-security

Hello, I need a configuration of security in the ports, my problem is that some users move the phones and computers in an office and I need avoid that. I am thinking configure port-security with MAC sticky to make the switch learn the mac-address and put port-security aging command but I read that the aging doesn't work with the configuration of MAC sticky.

You have to decide if you want the MAC addresses sticky or if they are allowed to age out. Both together doesn't make sense.
