configurinng &setting pix 506 to factory default

hi all just got a pix 506 with ios 5.2.xx want to reset it tofactory default

there's a password how do I set it up to factory default?

or change the password ? how do i run pix device manager for gui configuration

I assume then that you have access to the enable prompt on the PIX itself but if not, access the URL given below for password recovery procedure. To return the PIX to a default config, issue a 'wr erase' command followed by a 'reload'. You will need to have a console connection at this point which will lead you through the initial install wizard where you can address the interfaces and

setup PDM (if loaded).
