Hello all,
I am attempting to connect an ASA to a cable modem via Cisco 1921 router. I connected the ASA to my network. G0/0 showed up/up on the router but did not see an IP address. G0/1 on the router is configured with nameif inside for the router and G0/0 is configured with nameif outside.
On the Cisco ASA 5510, I have configured DHCP on the outside port and configured E0/0 with nameif outside in addition to IP address for the cable modem. The router is seeing E0/3 as the inside port.
Any suggestions would greatly appreciated. I can provide screenshots if need be.
