console issue with ASA5510

I have a problem to connect ASA 5510 through console with SecureCRT, Putty and Hyperterm. Status of LEDs as below

Power:     green

status:     green

active:      green

I have changed parameters(bits, flow control) of the terminal, but results were not.

What is the problem exactly? Connect through ethernet to management interface and post running config.
