Convert ASA from Multiple Context to Single Mode

hi,

i have an ASA 5525-X in multiple context mode. i already removed unused context and only left with 'admin' context which has a couple of S2S ipsec VPN configured.

i plan to convert the ASA to single and just wondering if all config especially the IKE/crypto commands for ipsec VPN will be carried over?

or will it be all wiped out and need to reconfigure all the config in 'admin'?

your config will be lost when you switch modes...

i would suggest you save the config and paste it.. if you have failover you can do one box at time and have max uptime..

if you run more system:running-config that will show the config with the pre-shared keys incase you forgot.. or if you copy to ftp/tftp or even local flash.. i would suggest copying and pasting the relevant config you need.

take a look at this:
