crypto isakmp or map

Hello all,

I need to create a L2L-VPN between a ASA and a router and I dont know what is the correct use to do this.

Cripto MAP or Crypto ISAKMP??? What May I use

You need to use both as ISAKMP is phase 1 and crypto map is used for phase 2 and you need both phases. Attached is a link to a document with an example -

Use the wizard in ASDM, it's pretty easy. Then with the help of the ASA config, you can do the router config.
