Hi,

How do you create exclusion for certain directories and files, so that only those do get scanned by clam av on CSA?

Some of the legitimate files are getting quarantined. I would like to avoid that.

Start by collecting a list of those directories and files and create a few file set variables utilizing those.

Then on the rule that is firing you could add and exception to those file set variables. Or you could add an exception to the policy utilizing the wizard when the rule fires.
