Is there any truth to the abandonment of CSA by Cisco? With the last version of CSA being 6.0.2. Folks out there seem to think that may be the case..... http://networklore.com/rest-in-peace-cisco-security-agent/
Hey all, I got my CSA 5.2.0.245 MC running and it works well most of time. I am running into issues when logging in and sometimes changing pages.Immediately when I authenticate the browser goes to the "page not found". A quick refresh will bring up...
I am attempting to install the 5.2 CSA MC on a Windows 2003 server w/ SQL 2005 locally. The SQL server permissions are tightened down, but my login has complete access to the server (both OS and SQL server). I also followed the install instructions ...
I will be using 443 for the access to the MC from the client on a DMZ. However, do I need ports open from the MC to the clients? Which ports would it be?
A blog post like this alone wouldn't concern me. But when you start looking at the length of time it took to get Solaris support, the time it is taking to get 64-bit support, and Win 2008....it makes the rumors all the more believable.
The first thing I would do, is turn on the verbose logging and put the agent in "Audit" mode. This way you can see what CSA could possibly be blocking. From there you could add your exceptions that allow AutoCAD LT to run.
