Would anyone know how the license works with the CSA. I currently have a CSA startup bundle that includes 1 server and 10 clients. I also have another 1 server license. Now, the VMS doesn't count, so I should be able to install CSA on two servers. It actually has worked with CSA 4.02, but when I installed CSA 4.03 built 717 I get the following error message. Would anyone know what the problem is.
Thanks in advance.
License limit of 2 Server agents has been reached. The Server 'mailserver' at IP address 192.168.1.1 failed to register as it exceeded the limit.

I would not know how you got it to work under 4.02, but the license for the CSAMC definitely counts against your total server licenses. Sorry.

Thanks for the reply. Well, I actually found out the problem. There was a third server setup with the CSA so that was the problem. Well, as for the server licenses, you can have up to 3 VMS systems setup at no extra charge and they don't take up any of your server licenses. It makes sense, since the CiscoWorks VMS system is only used as a management center.
