when i tried to restore csa mc backup i got the following problem.
Configuration Restoring Log
1. Checking master database integrity...
Master database integrity is OK.
2. Checking csamc database integrity...
csamc database integrity is OK.
csamc database will be restored from backup.
3. Restoring csamc database from backup...
Getting the right log files...
Restoring full backup file...
Msg 3101, Level 16, State 2, Server IDRBTVMS, Line 1
Exclusive access could not be obtained because the database is in use.
Msg 3013, Level 16, State 1, Server IDRBTVMS, Line 1
RESTORE DATABASE is terminating abnormally.
Database restoring failed !
Configuration files successfuly restored.
Starting Cisco Security Agent service ... done.
Starting CiscoWorks MC for Cisco Security Agents service ... done.
Starting CiscoWorks Web Server service ... done.
A system reboot is recommended to release all resources back to the operating system.
