CSCvd78303 - affected versions

I have a customer who are running Cisco ASA version 9.6.2 software. When I look at the afftected software versions for Cisco bug ID CSCvd78303, the 9.6.2 code train starts with version 9.6.2(1). Does this mean that version 9.6.2 is not affected?

What is an exact version your customer is running? According to documentation, yes, 9.6(2.1) is the first version affected, but... Well, I wouldn't like to test it out, plus there a bunch of bugs fixed since 9.6(2), so, in my opinion, going for the latest 9.6(3) would save you a lot of headache in the future.

Hi James,

that problem affect ASA releases 9.6(2)1 and higher, including 9.6(3), so I understand that 9.6.2 is not affacted by this bug.
