Good morning everyone,
I have a Cisco CSF-1210CE FTD Firewall .
This is my first experience with a Cisco product.
The current firmware version is 7.6.0-113.
I saw that updates are available, version 7.6.1 and the latest 7.6.2.
I wanted to know if I can apply the 7.6.2 update directly or if I need to apply 7.6.1 first.
One last question: before updating, I wanted to perform a backup using the link in the device manager.
Is this enough to restore the previous firmware version in case of problems, or are there other procedures?
Thank you all for your patience.
Have a good day.
Giuseppe

@Brunetta7 go directly from 7.6 to 7.6.2.
Yes, you should be able to restore from backup, just make sure you copy the backup file off the firewall. I've performed FDM upgrades before without issue and not had to restore from backup.
