CSM causer issues

Hi,Firewalls

 

I have upgraded our version of CSM to 4.17. We have always had issues with the built in backup, every Sunday it would the services and take the backup, however the services would never restart. We would have to go on the CSM server itself (windows 2k12) and reset the CA user using the resetcauser cmdlet, this would in turn allow the CSM daemon to be started and all the reliant services would then start. However since upgrading when we reset the CA user in the above way it doesn't reset the password for all the services, we have to manually change the password in the services themselves and then they all start. The issue is doing it this way loads up the CSM client however all of the devices are missing. Has anyone had this issue? As far as I am aware you have to use the cmd or CSM web gui to backup the database hwoever this is causeing major issues.
