CSM Issue from time to time stop receiving a high priority events

Hello Team,

Good Day! Just wanted to seek help and assistance because from time to time our CSM stopped receiving a high priorirty alerts.

We need to manually enter below command as per Cisco TAC:

pdshow VmsEventServer

pdterm VmsEventServer

pdexec VmsEventServer

We want a fix solution for this issue as we do not want to manually enter that command if we have an issue.

Any help from all of you on this issue is really appreciated.
