Cut-through proxy issue

Hi,

I have been trying to get my internal user authenticated on the firewall in order to access port 1521 on one of the servers in DMZ. I have created a virtual telnet server but i am unable to telnet to the IP address of the virtual telnet server on ASA.

ACLs have been appropriately configured, could someone please confirm what is required in order to have cut-through proxy authentication working from inside interface out.
