Hello All,

We have added FTD into FMC Device management. There is no Data being shown in FMC Dashboard.

Could you please let us know how to get Data (Users/ Activity/ Active sessions) in our Dashboard.

Your help will be very useful to us to analyze the Data.

Thanks

There are several steps involved in setting up FTD to properly report to FMC. Have you configured a network discovery policy and identity policy? Is your access control policy set to log events to FMC?

Hello Marvin,

Thanks for your response. We have set to log events in our FMC. Also, In Device>Platform Settings>Syslog , We have enabled Logging and set the logging destination as SSH.

Please find the images attached

We are still unable to see logs in our FMC Dashboard and SSH for Connection Events.

Could you please let us know the changes to make. Your help will be very Useful for us.

Thanks

Muthu Mahadevan

An answer for this would be really great. Im having the same issues as stated above. Platform setting are correct and assigned to the correct firewall.

@NetSecNW are you getting anything - connection events, for example?

Hi @Marvin Rhoads,

Turns out that our issue was that the vFMC was on a subnet that wasn't on the same network as the MGT interfaces. We managed to cutover to a single firewall before we create the cluster and the logging seemed to start working. Definitely an issue very particular to our situation rather than a generic FMC/FTD logging issue. Thank you for your quick response.
