Hello my FMC installation 7.1.0 has recently crashed after running a rule update for a week. I rebooted and although the console is usable I'm unable to access information on security and traffic events. Looks like its its a bug, but I'm unable to move forward.
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvw88176. Backups are failing, and I thought upgrading it to the latest version would resolve the situation but unfortunately it fails the readiness test, see attached. Stuck at the moment as I don't have a TAC contract. Please advise on fixing this issue thanks.

Cisco TAC script to rebuild the monetdb worked. Transpired that partner support includes TAC.
