What is the difference between Port forwarding, port range forwarding, PAM?

Can these also be achieved by PAT?

Port forwarding and PAT are totally differant.

PAT: PORT address translation that is we are using as a Dynamic NAT.

Port forwarding is the Static mapping with IP address Local Port.
