You cannot do that since the PIX does not do application layer inspection regarding HTTP traffic.

The pix does have the fixup protocol http command to aid in doing some app inspection regarding http trafffic; though it is no substitute for anti-virus filtering on the server itself or an IDS system.
If you have not already done so, you may want to upgrade to pix 6.3.3 - the later code usually have the latest application protocol fixups.
Lastly, you may want to contact your server http service software vendor and ask if other customers are having the same issue - there may be a patch that needs applied.
Good Luck.
