Does PIX support subnet-zero?

Does anyone know if PIX 6.1 support subnet-zero?

We have 172.16.0.0 with 255.255.252.0 in the inside network. Can we use on the PIX inside interface 172.16.0.1 for example (which is in subnet-zero?)

Yes, PIX does support subnet-zero like any other Cisco device.
