I am in need of the steps to configure an EEM script to switch out the ACL applied to traffic coming "IN" on the vlan1 interface. I have one acl applied that works for both broadband and dial but customer wants to filter traffic allowed back thru vpn tunnel from vlan 1 when up on dial.

Generally it will be something like below:
event manager applet
event ( Your have to check what IOS you are using and what are the supported configs in event, easiest way is to once in event manager applet config, after event put ? and it will show you supported )\
event cli 1.1
event cli 1.2
