Hello roosmhan

Whenever the cisco partner orders PIX 515 E , he normally includes the following part number:

PIX-515-VPN-3DES -

PIX 515E 3DES/AES VPN/SSH/SSL encryption license

Which is a zero value component (free)... Even if he does not order or the PIX comes with a DES option, you can upgrade to 3DES free of cost, online in Cisco site.. So, you need not worry at all...
