Hello team,

we have this error message on one of the appliances (Firepower 2140). I do not have enough information about what we can do in order to do some more deep analysis.

The network interfaces seem to be ok (link up).

The firepower have the version 7.1.0.1

Thanks in advance!

   - Connect to the firepower with : https://cway.cisco.com/cli/, at the top left press and or run 'System Diagnostics'

check what is causing the issue : (do you have any SFP installed ?)

# show environment expand detail

 - check other side where this is connected to the switch, do you see any errors?
