Dears,
We have RV042 Small business security Router, this router connected to ISP Modem (Bridge Mode) then to ISP.
Interface WAN of this router configured with static real iP.
We enabled https and we can reach router from outside.
But when we try to establish vpn connection(client to gateway) failed.
We check port 500 by checker tools and we find it is blocked also mostly ports blocked.
Isp informed us that all ports have been opened.
When we configure port forwarding for these blocked ports to our internal ip ,we found that these ports be opened.
We try to add access rules but not effected.
Please we need to solve this issue asap.
