Hi,

I am trying to recover access to the FDM on a FirePower 1010 NGTW.

I have tried to reset the unit to factory with limited success,

I am currently trying to reset the management to factory default config, but am getting the following error:

> configure network ipv4 dhcp-dp-route
management0 is configured for IPv4 DHCP, but no addresses found.
management0 is configured for IPv6 DHCP, but no addresses found.
management0 is configured for IPv6 DHCP, but no addresses found.

connect any SW to this port and push default route
you config your mgmt interface to get IP and route via DHCP and there is any device provide the ip and route to mgmt interface

Hi,

Thank for replying - not sure what SW refers to?

Your output shows the link is down for the management port. We also normally set a manual ipv4 address for the interface. But if you use DHCP then the interface should be connected and up with a reachable DHCP server on the associated network.

any SW that can provide IP to mgmt interface
