After trying to reset to factory settings, the device stopped booting.

The ROMmon menu loads, in which I try to do a factory-reset, and after the boot command it displays

media drive disk0: not present
boot: cannot determine first file name on device "disk0:/installables/switch".

dir disk0 command:
media drive disk0: not present

You need to install the right image again.
