Firepower 2120 chassis manager https access refused

Hello,

we've a few Firepower 2120 and 2110, and for snmp-monitoring, we want to activate the https access to the FXOS.

on 2 2110 everything's fine, but the 2 2120 I can connect via ssh but not https:

the https port is correct and enabled

the fabric-interconnect have the correct IP, Gateway, Mask, the ip-block looks now like

Permitted IP Block:
    IP Address Prefix Length Protocol
    --------------- ------------- --------
    0.0.0.0 0 https
    0.0.0.0 0 snmp
    0.0.0.0 0 ssh

I've compared a lot of settings of the working 2110 with the non working 2120, but can't find a difference, version is:

  Version: 9.20.3.7
  Startup-Vers: 9.20.3.7

    Boot Loader:
        Firmware-Vers: 1012.0200.0213

        Power-Sequencer-Vers: 2.13
        Firmware-Status: OK
        SSD-Fw-Vers: N/A
    System:
        Running-Vers: 2.14(2.110)
        Platform-Vers: 2.14.2.110
        Package-Vers: 9.20.3.7
        Startup-Vers: 2.14(2.110)
    NPU:
        Running-Vers: 2.14(2.110)
        Platform-Vers: 2.14.2.110

        Startup-Vers: 2.14(2.110)
    Service Manager:
        Running-Vers: 2.14(2.110)

        Package-Vers: 9.20.3.7

Can you check if these appliances are configured to run in "Appliance Mode?" If yes, the FXOS chassis manager is not supported.

Hmm, in that case I suggest you open a TAC case to have this further investigated...unless one of the community experts here can give additional guidance.
