FirePOWER 8120 Running Task Issue

I'm experiencing an issue with the FP 8120 where scheduled reapply of Intrusion Policy is hanging. I have four events going back four weeks that reflect as "Running" or "Waiting" on the FSM, on the device itself I only have one task from several weeks ago that is "Running".

 

I intend to reload the FP8120 this evening when network use is lower, however I would like to know if anyone has come across this issue before and if a cause has been determined.
