I have a Cisco FirePower 8350 that I have gone through the recover process with - I try and boot to the SSD and it stops at "sda synchronizing scsi cache" and will not go further. I've let it sit over night with no luck. At this point I'm trying to get it to talk to our FMC so I can push backup files to it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
That would most commonly indicate a hardware problem. It can usually only be solved (after TAC investigation confirms the issue) via RMA (hardware replacement).
If the unit is not longer under active support, you may not be able to recover it.
