Firepower AD User keeps getting locked

acastillo@assanet.com

Hello Guys,

For some time I´ve been having problems with my AD user for Firepower user agent.

I have Cisco Firepower User Agent for Active Directory running as a service  logged On as the username I have assigned for Firepower and its running but for some reason it keeps getting locked for bad password attempts. As soon as I unlocked the domain user, after a minute, it gets locked again.

Any Thoughts?

I´m running Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard

Thanks

No sure what is going on here if it has been working before.
Sounds like there is some issues with the password that the user agent is using.
Maybe open a case with Cisco TAC.

br, Micke

thank you for replying to my problem,

We do unlock the account for firepower in Active Directory but it gets locked again after a couple of minutes, no one else uses that account other than the agent.

I think there is something wrong with the user agent.
I just saw that if you install the User Agent you need to be logged in with the user account created in the AD when doing the installation.
I might even try and make a clean install of the user agent.
