Does anyone know if I can block websites that contain certain keywords on Cisco Firepower? 

For example, I need the firepower to block any webpage that contains the word "gambling". Is that possible?

You cannot block based on a word appearing on the web site. If you did, you wouldn't be able to read this page.

You can block based on a site's categorization. That's in the link @balaji.bandi provided.
